iPhone 5 scratch pictures are a new itch to Apple. As the anxiousness around iPhone 5 finally subsided after the launch iPhone enthusiasts have a newer worry. After standing in queues for hours to get their hands on iPhone many customers found that their brand new iPhone 5 already had nicks and scratches. Since then most customers have taken to Apple’s product message boards to express their discontent about slight but pesky scratches mostly close to the antenna area or near the screen.
Most of the problems seem to exist only in the black version of iPhone. While customers have complemented Apple on the looks and handling of the new iPhone, the scratches have created a major stir even among long time Apple loyalists. It is suspected the main reason of the scratches is weak coating and the surface may just keep chipping away if used roughly.
Even Twitter has been flooded by comments from various customers unhappy about the scratches. The air of discontent is growing about the vulnerability of the anodized aluminum case to sources of abrasion. Customers have also directed their resentment towards the use of cheap Chinese material in their iPhone. Few customers have however managed to see the brighter side and are too excited about their new phone to care about the scratches.
