Jennifer Aniston’s House Renovated – Cost $12.7 Million

Jennifer Aniston and her husband Justin are renovating their $22 million home in Los Angeles.  The luxurious Bel Air home now has few other premium additions in the form of a $3.2 million wine cellar, Justin’s very own ‘cave’ and a margarita fountain. The wine cellar is $1600 sq feet big and the clay room spa costs a cool $952,000.

A source added, “Jen is a fan of Mexican food, so she also has a $1.15m oven in the garden, as well as a margarita fountain (a special machine for mixing drinks that looks like a water feature).And part of the house has a retractable roof, so when it’s sunny they can have an indoor/outdoor living experience.”

The cost of the renovations for the Bel Air property is $12.7 million. Justin’s ‘cave’ is a cork-covered soundproof room where Justin can call his friends over when they can play music and jam.  A friend added, “Jen wants to ensure that Justin feels that there are things in the home which he can be really comfortable with. Since both have different tastes, it is ideal for the both of them” They have also built a tree house. The friend adds, “He loves the outdoors, so Jen built him his own retreat in the garden.”

The cost of the tree house? Well, it is $3.2 million, built over 2 levels an covers 1000 square feet, and has state of the art audio speakers built- in.
