It is now known that the words ‘Tamam Shud’ mean ended or finished as per The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam. However, the man’s identity has remained a mystery.


  • Kryptos: It is a statue located in Langley, Virginia, outside CIA headquarters. The sculpture, bearing 4 inscription areas, was made by Jim Sanborn in an effort to indicate that all things can be deciphered and resolved via use of clues and patterns. As of today, only 3 of the 4 coded areas have been cracked.

  • Shepherd’s Monument Inscription: The Shepherd’s Monument is a sculpture present in Staffordshire, England. It was erected in the 18th century and bears an inscription that reads DOUOSVAVVM. No one has been able to decode it.
